CRM 2011 – An overview Part 1

It’s a pleasure to have Rami Mounla as our next speaker. Rami is currently employed by Fujitsu as a CRM Developer.   He was the main speaker at our last session and the developers present enjoyed his technical presentation very much.  Here Rami shows off his business skills to good effect by taking us through some of the CRM 2011 highlights to whet our appetite.  We intend on presenting a Part 2 for this session in June, so stayed tuned for that too.

Please find details of the session below:

Speaker: Rami Mounla, CRM Developer, Fujitsu

Date & Time: Thursday, 14th April 2011, 5:30 – 7:00 pm (Pizzas and drinks at 5:30pm)

Location: Microsoft New Zealand, Level 12, 157 Lambton Quay Wellington

Topic: “CRM 2011 – An overview Part 1”

Description:

In this session Rami will focus on CRM 2011 once again but this time taking an overview of the new features and changes we can expect in CRM 2011.  Rami is a great speaker and has already presented this to his colleagues to get them excited about CRM2011.  Now it’s our turn.  Come and hear what CRM2011 has on offer and take a bit of the excitement back to your workmates.

We’re changing the format for the Dynamics User Group slightly from this session onwards.  We’d like a bit more interaction with the attendees and offer the chance for people to get involved more.  We’ll have a Notices slot before the main speaker where we announce details for our next user group session, any other relevant user groups and you can also stand up if you have information to share about what is happening at your company.  This will be followed by a Tip of the Day session where you might find something useful you can take back to work immediately.  If you have a tip, we’re keen for you to volunteer to show it in this slot in one of our sessions.  A great way to start presenting if you’re slightly nervous (like I will be as I am doing the one next week).  And after the main speaker, we’ll head into a Question and Answer panel where the committee members come up and you can ask any questions – about any problems you have now, or anything on the night’s topic.  You can submit early questions by adding it to your Reply to this email.

Looking forward to seeing you there!
