  • A short background on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 implementation at NZTE.
  • Learning’s throughout the implementation and the first year of use including the maintenance and support.
  • The issues encountered with NZTE’s system design in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 and how Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 should address issues for NZTE in the future.
