Brett is coming fully prepared to walk us through the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 at New Zealand Trade and Enterprise (NZTE). This is a typical client and vendor scenario where there were issues encountered and lessons learnt on both ends. This is a great opportunity for you as a partner (vendor) or as a client to learn about the highs and lows of implementing CRM in your organisation or for your client.

Brett who was the Lead Business Analyst on the project will be walking us through the following:

  • Personal background and preparation leading into a Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation project.
  • A short background on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 implementation at NZTE.
  • Learning’s throughout the implementation and the first year of use including the maintenance and support.
  • The issues encountered with NZTE’s system design in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 and how Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 should address issues for NZTE in the future.
