Last year was the year of CRM 2011… and so is 2012!

After a nice long break the Wellington Dynamics user group is back.

In our first meeting, we’ll be presenting the first part of a joint session between the Wellington Dynamics user group organisers. In this session we’ll cover our favourite CRM 2011 tools. Part one will be focusing on tools that can improve your productivity as a developer doing configurations and customisations whereas part two will be focusing more on non-developers tools. Don’t miss this session as it will contain the key to making you a better CRM expert.

This year we’ll are also planning on getting the community more involved in the user group sessions. Starting with our first meeting, if you have any tools that you like using, email us the details and either you can present it or we can cover it.

We would also like to have more speakers from the community. If you have an interesting topic you would like to share, or if someone wants to talk about how their organisation benefited from Microsoft CRM, drop us an email and we’ll discuss a potential session.
