Part 2 of the productivity tools series will cover open source projects and add-ons to CRM 2011 that will improve your efficiency. This session will be less technical than part I and will focus more on WYSIWIYG and auto generation tools. If you are a non-developer and would like to impress your peers, come along to this session and learn how to become a CRM expert. If you are a developer, tag along and learn some new tips and tricks.
